🔍 What we're looking for

Smartex.ai is looking for a Customer Success Specialist, primarily based in Turkey and ready to take on the world to own the entire post-sales relationship with existing international customers.

👇 Responsibilities

You will manage a portfolio of existing customers through their customer journey:

• Onboarding
• Engagement
• Monitor & Improvement
• Upselling & Referral

You will be the friendly face of our business to our customers, building strong relationships remotely and in person.

You will guide and coach our customers to demonstrate the financial and environmental value of Smartex.ai.

You'll guide them to the right team to solve their problems and help them be successful using our technologies.

🛠️ Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in dealing with customers in a B2B environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and one of the following languages: Turkish, Uzbek, Russian, or Urdu.
• Available to travel (50%) mainly to Eastern Europe, Middle East and Central Asia.
