🔍 What we're looking for

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers during the night shift (9pm to 6am, GMT), enforcing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems and help our customers use the Smartex.ai system in the best way possible, thus ensuring their sustainable and efficient defect-free production.

The Technical Support team will have a deep understanding of the Smartex product and they work directly with internal teams to solve the most complex of technical issues. They will communicate internally and externally via a ticketing system so it's important that the candidates have both oral and written communication skills.

Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
